Payments, Pricing & Taxes
Pricing
All prices listed on ottloop.com are in Indian Rupees (INR/₹) unless stated otherwise, and are shown per product/plan alongside its validity. Prices may change at any time without prior notice; the price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at the time of payment.
Currency
OTTLoop's default transaction currency is INR. For any service quoted in a different currency, the equivalent will be communicated in the proposal or invoice.
Payments
Payments are accepted via UPI and other standard digital payment methods, with specific payment details shared once an order is confirmed on WhatsApp. Orders are treated as confirmed only after payment is received and verified.
Taxes & GST
Where applicable, Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other statutory levies will be reflected in the final invoice for digital marketing and website service projects. Individual digital product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Invoices
Invoices or payment confirmations for digital marketing and website service projects are issued upon request or as part of the project workflow. For individual OTT/tool/premium account orders, a WhatsApp order confirmation and payment receipt serve as proof of purchase.
SECTION 10
Refund Policy, Replacement Policy & Cancellation Policy
Because OTTLoop deals primarily in digital products and activated access, refunds are handled differently than for physical goods. Full details are set out in our dedicated Refund Policy page; a summary applies below.
- Non-delivery: If a paid order is not delivered within the promised timeframe, the Customer is entitled to a replacement or full refund.
- Faulty access: If an OTT subscription or premium account stops working within its stated validity period due to a fault on OTTLoop's side, we will replace it or issue a prorated refund.
- Change of mind: Once a digital product has been delivered and activated, refunds for change-of-mind requests are not available, as the access cannot be "returned".
- Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled prior to delivery/activation by contacting support on WhatsApp; once activated, cancellation is not possible.
- Digital marketing/website projects: Cancellation of an ongoing project is subject to payment for work already completed up to the cancellation date, as outlined in the project agreement.
To request a refund or replacement, contact OTTLoop support on WhatsApp with your order details within a reasonable time of the issue occurring, as described in our Refund Policy.
SECTION 11
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate order, contact and account information at the time of purchase.
- Use all Services in compliance with these Terms and the underlying third-party platform's own policies.
- Keep any shared credentials, activation codes, or login access confidential and secure.
- Make payments in full and on time for both one-time orders and project-based engagements.
- Report any issue with a delivered product or service within the applicable validity/warranty window.
- Not engage in any activity listed under Prohibited Activities (Section 13) while using OTTLoop Services.
SECTION 12
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the OTTLoop website, Digital Tools, OTT subscriptions, premium accounts, and digital marketing services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict/inhibit the use of, OTTLoop or any third party.
- Use Services only within the scope of the license or access granted at the time of purchase.
- Do not attempt to bypass, hack, or circumvent any security, payment, or access-control mechanism on our website or on any third-party platform accessed through OTTLoop.
- Do not upload, transmit, or process unlawful, infringing, or malicious content through any Digital Tool.
- Do not use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with our website, catalogue, or tools beyond normal individual use.
- Respect the fair, individual, non-commercial use intended for OTT subscriptions and premium accounts, unless a business-tier plan was explicitly purchased.
SECTION 13
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited across all OTTLoop Services and may result in immediate suspension of access, cancellation of orders without refund, and/or legal action where applicable:
- Reselling, sub-licensing, or commercially redistributing any OTT subscription, premium account, or digital tool output obtained from OTTLoop without written authorization.
- Sharing account access beyond the limits described for the purchased plan (e.g. sharing an individual plan across an unauthorized number of users).
- Attempting to defraud OTTLoop through chargebacks, false non-delivery claims, or payment manipulation.
- Uploading illegal, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content to any Digital Tool.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract the underlying source code of the OTTLoop website or tools.
- Impersonating OTTLoop, its staff, or any other Customer in communications or transactions.
- Using OTTLoop Services to violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening OTTLoop staff or support representatives.
SECTION 14
Intellectual Property
All content on ottloop.com — including the OTTLoop name, logo, design, layout, graphics, text, source code, and the underlying Digital Tools — is the property of OTTLoop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any OTTLoop intellectual property to the Customer.
Trademarks, logos and content belonging to third-party platforms (Netflix, Adobe, Microsoft, Google, and others referenced on this page) remain the property of their respective owners; OTTLoop's reference to them is solely to describe the products and services we facilitate access to, and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by those companies.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the OTTLoop website or its Digital Tools' underlying code without prior written permission.
SECTION 15
Third-Party Services
Many OTTLoop products (OTT subscriptions, premium accounts) involve access to platforms owned and operated by independent third parties. OTTLoop is an authorized/independent facilitator and reseller for these products where applicable, but is not the owner or operator of the underlying platforms.
- Third-party platforms may change their features, pricing, availability, or terms at any time, outside OTTLoop's control.
- OTTLoop is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service interruptions caused directly by a third-party platform.
- Digital marketing services may involve third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, domain registrars); Customers remain bound by those platforms' own terms when their accounts are used.
- Where OTTLoop integrates or links to third-party websites/tools, we do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
SECTION 16
Disclaimers
OTTLoop Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTTLoop makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any Digital Tool, OTT subscription, or premium account will meet every Customer's specific requirements.
- OTTLoop does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any third-party platform.
- Digital marketing outcomes (rankings, traffic, ad performance) are estimates, not guarantees.
- Free Digital Tools are provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- OTTLoop is not liable for temporary downtime of the website or any tool due to maintenance or factors beyond our control.
SECTION 17
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OTTLoop, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of OTTLoop Services.
OTTLoop's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms, or from any Service, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits OTTLoop's liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable Indian consumer protection law.
SECTION 18
Privacy Reference
Your use of OTTLoop Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect (such as your name, email, phone number, and order details), how it is used, and how it is protected. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 19
Termination
OTTLoop reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Customer's access to any Service, without prior notice, if the Customer is found to be in breach of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or in violation of the Prohibited Activities listed in Section 13.
Customers may discontinue use of free Digital Tools at any time. Ongoing paid subscriptions or project engagements may be terminated as per the cancellation terms described in Section 10 and the relevant order/project agreement.
Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimers, and Governing Law shall survive termination of these Terms.
SECTION 20
Changes to Terms
OTTLoop may revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Material changes may be communicated via the website, email, or WhatsApp community, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of OTTLoop Services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage Customers to review this page periodically.
SECTION 21
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any OTTLoop Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
